Employee Access to Information

Posted by: Jay January 03, 2009

Our employees undergo education and training pertaining to the importance of our customer's privacy. We also restrict our employee's access to personal or sensitive information on a "need to know" basis. Our employee's actions are monitored and logged in our database to ensure that they only access the information they need at the time in which it is needed. We never allow "free reign" over our database or permit our employees to "browse" our database in an arbitrary or exploratory manner. When working with a customer they are given only enough of that customer's information to do their jobs. The idea behind this policy is that if a piece of information is never given to an employee, then it cannot be abused by that employee.

File Hotlinking

Answer by: Jay February 26, 2009

You agree as a user of this site not to link directly to our images or downloads however, in the event that you need to link to a download you may link to the web page where the file is made available. We're sorry, but bandwidth is expensive and we just can't allow other sites to use our bandwidth. If you really need web space, we recommend Lunar Pages because it's inexpensive and dependable. Lunar Pages hosts Bazzie Bizzle.com so we can recommend them with confidence. If you can't (or won't) buy web hosting, you could also use a free web host like 50Webs, AwardSpace, AtSpace, FreeHostia, or 110mb. If you just need to upload and link to a small amount of files on a blog or on bulletin boards and forums try a free file host like File Savr, File Dropper, File Factory, FileDen, or Fileqube.
