I suggest freeing MPE2 and using MPE1 as the 6502 and MPE2 as the ANTIC and POKEY chips. Syncing this interaction will be a &*&#@!

I started with the current version (1.7.0), I tried to isolate changes to the code by moving the modified files to another directory, but I am sure there are some "in place hacks".
